Position: Project Manager - Earthworks Services
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Earthworks services. This role involves site preparation work, primarily at livestock facilities, food plants, and highways.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Morning Briefing: Report to the shop in Sublette for daily briefing and safety meeting.
- Material Coordination: Help coordinate materials for the crews to take to the site.
- Office Work: Spend the first part of the day in the office answering emails.
- Site Visits: Head out to check on different sites before lunch.
- Planning: Spend the afternoon in the office writing up plans and coordinating current and future projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in construction, preferably in Earthworks.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans.
- Experience with surveying (in-house GPS equipment provided, training available).
- Ability to multi-task, run multiple projects, and manage invoicing.
- Procore proficiency preferred.
- Open to residential and commercial background- personality and great attitude are huge factors.

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude, willing to teach specific trade skills to the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total compensation of $75k-$90k based on experience.
- Company truck and gas provided.
- 401k, vacation & sick pay, health insurance including dental/vision with a family option.
- Monday-Friday, 7 am-5 pm. No overnight travel or weekends/holidays involved.
