About the Job
A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking for a Project Manager to be based in Tampa, FL. The position is HYBRID. The contract duration is through 12/20/2024. *W2 and Local only.
Job Responsibilities
•Develop and manage standardized PD processes or protocols that comply with broader HR and organizational policy.
• Leverage instructional design skills to analyze needs, design, develop and deploy both formal and informal development solutions, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior
• Utilize Articulate Storyline to develop interactive e-learning courses, simulations, assessments, and other learning materials according to project requirements and specifications
• Review and reconcile courses for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with design standards and branding guidelines, making necessary revisions and improvements as needed.
• Develop standardized templates, guidelines, and documentation format for documenting learning processes and procedures.
• Create detailed process documentation and knowledge repositories to capture learning processes comprehensively – provide training and guidance to stakeholders and team members on the use of process documentation
tools, templates, and best practices.
• Manages larger projects, multiple projects simultaneously, or a program consisting of similar projects which may span over a longer period of time; projects may span multiple clients within a business unit.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including advanced features and functionalities.
• Consistently monitors tasks and/ or projects to be able to respond to stakeholder requests in an accurate, timely and professional manner; escalates issues when appropriate.
• Proven experience in project management, process documentation, instructional design, and e-learning development using Articulate Storyline
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and multimedia learning principles
• Presents information clearly in writing and orally in larger group settings.
