You will have the autonomy and support to work across multiple cross-functional organizations that will partner with you to execute on the go-to-market strategy for a high-growth software company. - Support and encourage collaboration and consistency in project management at BambooHR
- Provide a framework for projects' activities and tasks while coordinating the timing and completion of those tasks
- Carry out project plans to achieve determined objectives
- Consistently and actively communicate with project team members and stakeholders regarding project status, documentation, objectives, timelines, and decisions

- Provide clarity and confidence in progress towards objectives and their outcomes
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 5+ years of project management-related experience, with at least 2 having been in an A-level Project Manager role (managing large spans of control, engaging with senior leaders, managing company-wide, end-to-end, multi-department, multi-stakeholder projects)
- You're very practiced in using PM tools, software, and concepts such as charters, scope of work, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, etc. (our PM software is Wrike)
- You're an expert problem solver and you're able to stay calm, cool, and collected under pressure
- You delight in keeping things on schedule, within scope, and on budget, ensuring team/stakeholder satisfaction and project quality, and reaching project goals
- Your friends may refer to you as a "motivator" - able to motivate team members in order to help make the project run toward completion
- You're able to provide visibility to your work and effectively plan in a way to get the maximum amount of work done in the minimum amount of time - prioritization is key!
- Your interpersonal skills are off the chart! You're able to communicate well with internal customers and stakeholders, set appropriate expectations, and build relationships of trust with diverse teams
- You can drive accountability at very senior levels of an organization to achieve timelines, deliverables, decisions, and results
What Will Make Us REALLY Love You
- You LOVE project management work and get jazzed just talking about it
- You have an excellent understanding of "painting a picture" of all the affected parties & processes along the way
- In meetings that can often have a lot of noise, you're able to distill specific action items
- You have a strong skillset in organization and the ability to be assertive when needed, all while having the confidence to work across teams regardless of titles
- Not only are you able to work within an environment that has multiple urgent - and maybe even competing - priorities, but you thrive in it
- PMP and/or Six Sigma certifications are a bonus!
- You have an extensive toolset to refer to that helps establish a framework for progress and success
