Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction to closeout
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and vendors
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
- Implement best practices in construction management and safety
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
- Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
