Project Coordinator
Tasks:
Supervision of our complex systems for electromobility from pre-acceptance to project completion at the customer's site
Coordination of projects with regard to deadlines and costs as well as project-specific deployment planning
Responsible for coordinating and planning technical issues with our customers, specialist departments and suppliers
Tracking the progress of new installations and conversions
Planning conversions in collaboration with our specialist departments
Responsible for processing complaints
What you bring with you
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training with further training as a technician or a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
Confident handling of the common MS Office applications
Good customer intuition and several years of experience in project management or project execution, preferably in automation technology
Independent, reliable and cooperative working style
Enjoy communicating with customers and suppliers in an international environment
Flexibility for national and international customer visits
Able to speak, write and read in German
Onsite Management
Tasks:
Operational interface between the project-related customer contacts and the internal Company project and construction site members
Participation in meetings with customers and suppliers to coordinate acceptances, deadlines and scope of services
Monitoring and controlling deployment planning, construction site organization and implementation as well as ensuring the smooth running of internal processes with the help of control loops
Establishing occupational health and safety and quality awareness
Tracking change, receivables and supplier management and the associated customer agreements in collaboration with project management and project controlling
Ensuring customer satisfaction through on-site management
Qualifications:
Completed technical training with specialist further training as a technician or completed technical studies
Several years of professional experience, preferably in the areas of commissioning or assembly
A certain affinity for commercial topics
Systematic, structured and solution-oriented way of working, team orientation and strong organizational skills combined with strong implementation skills
Committed demeanor paired with strong negotiating and communication skills and assertiveness
Curiosity about the world and willingness to spend the majority of your working time with your colleagues on site with our customers worldwide in order to successfully complete our projects
