The Project Manager - Data-specific Projects will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data-centric projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA and HITECH. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, and risks while leading collaborative efforts with internal teams and external vendors. This role requires expertise in managing IT projects, especially in environments dealing with sensitive healthcare data and enterprise-level PMO frameworks.

Oversee the end-to-end management of IT projects, from conception to completion.

Manage data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and HITECH regulations.

Collaborate with governmental agencies or organizations on regulatory-compliant projects.

Develop and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and status reports.

Lead project status meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.

Monitor and mitigate project risks, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Gather and validate technology requirements for human service systems.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and security requirements for healthcare data.

10+ years of project management experience, including IT and data-centric projects.

5+ years' experience working in an enterprise PMO environment.

Proven experience with HIPAA, HITECH, FedRAMP, and healthcare data compliance.

Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.

Strong understanding of EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management, and claims processing.

Demonstrated experience with iterative and incremental development processes.

Excellent communication, budgeting, and reporting skills.

Experience managing projects for governmental agencies.

Proven track record of leading data migration projects.

PMP or equivalent project management certification (Preferred).
