Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join the team in Great Falls Montana. This role is ideal for a driven professional ready to manage complex projects while embracing the opportunity to live and work in one of the nation’s most picturesque regions. Relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of construction.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits, addressing challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead contract negotiations, manage subcontractor agreements, and ensure adherence to terms.
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project milestones, changes, and overall performance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling practices.
- Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- A willingness to relocate to Montana (relocation support provided).
- Commitment to safety, quality, and exceeding client expectations.
