Contractor will work within the core studios marketing team to produce & execute the clearances & creative and technical finishing of AV assets developed by Studios marketing. They will manage external vendor relationships and internal and external stakeholder relationships. They will report to the Lead of AV Finishing. This position specializes in the technical requirements and logistics of producing high quality audio/visual asset finishing, VFX, QC, delivery and trafficking and maintains production calendar and stakeholder expectations.

They will manage external vendor relationships and internal and external stakeholder relationships. They will report to the Lead of AV Finishing. This position specializes in the technical requirements and logistics of producing high quality audio/visual asset finishing, VFX, QC, delivery and trafficking and maintains production calendar and stakeholder expectations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- handoff of locked creative assets for mix, color and QC and delivery.
- Work between the creative team, campaign management team, and the localization team both parallel and downstream of finishing.
- Maintain vendor content security (START portal, Flow Capture, Box, Pix, etc.)
- Book mix and DI sessions, and coordinate creative lead and filmmaker/EP attendance when required. Facilitate creative approvals of masters.
- Facilitate the flow of finishing materials including: music licensing, network clearances, mix, picture, graphics and final deliverables. Become familiar with Ad Pubs and content guidelines restrictions on platform, in theaters, broadcast and across all placements to facilitate clearances.
- Execute clearance process for assigned assets. Execute process for international routing and RUFUS media routing and deliveries.
- Execute & maintain standards for branding and exports, social resizes and iterations of all specs.
- Provide timeline inputs to the Campaign Manager for finishing milestones. Regularly flag milestones to the internal team and proactively avoid scheduling issues.
- Coordinate with localization team leaders to set expectations around timeline and provide elements for accelerated localization.
- Establish relationships and workflows with Studios Post production, show post production and VFX. Manage daily or weekly updates as needed.
- Execute the process for final QC and approvals, delivery to vault, Smartsheet trackers, delivery email and coordinate all comms to DAM, O&O and platform partners internally.
Qualifications
- 7 years minimum experience in feature, series, or marketing post production, ideally at a vendor, agency or studio.
- 5 years minimum experience managing a multi-faceted, multi-dimensional team with many stakeholders.
- Must possess high-level experience with digital and broadcast tv finishing process, including online, mix and QC
- Deep technical knowledge of specs, formats and placements as well as audio/picture/graphics/editorial/conform/visual effects pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, high priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated strong communication and technical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and as a team leader.
- Experience managing post-production team, timelines, and budgets.
- Ability to assess scope of work and manage complex workflows while thinking strategically.
- Fluent in AV formats with an understanding of the fundamentals of asset management, in theater deliverables (DCP), servicing, and trafficking.
- Experience managing and delivering large volume of video assets to external partners.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (specializing in Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects), Avid and Project Management Software.
- Prior experience with image production, transfer protocols, digital asset management and publishing content for web.
- Experience with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.
- Understanding of show post production workflows and storage needs.
