We're seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role offers a chance to work on a variety of projects, including residential, custom, and spec, and to make a significant impact on our company's success.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion. Your key duties will include:
1. Managing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
3. Overseeing the selection of subcontractors and ensuring all contracts are properly managed and executed.
4. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project plans and specifications are followed accurately.
5. Implementing risk management processes and conducting regular risk assessments to mitigate potential issues.
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
7. Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
8. Resolving any project-related disputes or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience managing residential, custom, and spec construction projects.
3. Ability to provide our clients world class customer service
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
6. Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
8. A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
