Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, your key duties will include:
1. Overseeing all aspects of construction project management for multi-unit apartment renovations.
2. Developing comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
4. Implementing and managing project management systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
5. Regularly reporting on project status to stakeholders, including potential or actual delays.
6. Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
7. Managing and mitigating project risks and issues, and initiating corrective actions as needed.
8. Leading and managing project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
9. Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Project Manager, you must have:
1. A minimum of five years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry.
2. Demonstrable experience with apartment renovations and multi-unit construction projects.
3. Proficiency in project management systems and tools.
4. Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.
9. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
