AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Construction Project Manager, for our Houston Office.   

In this Role you will:   

• Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
• Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
• Consistently delivers profit margins planned.
• Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
• Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
• Manages more complex clients and projects.
• Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.
• Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.
• Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience and/or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Degree within engineering, architecture or construction management focus
• Managed projects from start to completion, not looking for a 'fixer'
• Experience working on Public Sector/Municipal projects
• Understanding of how to manage process for publicly funded projects
• Software:  Procore, Bluebeam, P6, Tango, or Other Project Management software programs are Preferred but not necessary.  
• Former Military Personnel - encouraged to apply
• Self starter, Intellectual curious, Entrepreneurial Mindset 
• Capital Improvements, Rennovation, Retro-fit project experience a big plus 

The position is based in Houston and will be working at office site on a daily basis.
