Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

We are a well-established General Contractor with a regional presence for over 50 years. With extensive experience in heavy and light industrial, commercial, healthcare, and institutional sectors, we carry a solid reputation for excellence. Complementing our expertise, we have an in-house design department, enabling us to self-perform various trades including concrete, masonry, steel erection, general carpentry, and sheet metal roofing and siding.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of construction project management from initial planning to completion.
2. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within cost parameters.
3. Lead and direct project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
4. Ensure all projects comply with safety and building regulations.
5. Implement and oversee quality control procedures, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
6. Negotiate contracts with external vendors and subcontractors.
7. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plans.
8. Utilize construction management software, including Procore and Bluebeam, to streamline project processes and improve efficiency.
9. Regularly report project progress to stakeholders, providing detailed updates on project status and milestones.
10. Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
3. Proven experience managing budgets and leading teams.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading.
5. Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore or Bluebeam.
6. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable contract terms.
7. Strong understanding of construction safety and building regulations.
8. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
9. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
