Harbor Health Services is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Administrative team at the Community Health Centers.
Position will be hybrid. Home base possible at any of our locations including Boston, Plymouth or Hyannis, to be determined.

Role:
The Community Health Center Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects aimed at improving patient experience, health center quality and financial performance, clinical operations, and employee experience.
Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled and motivated individual who can collaborate with various stakeholders, manage resources effectively and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services within budget constraints.
Project Planning and Development
- Coordinates and facilitates the development and prioritization of projects, including:
- Outlining objectives
- Supporting related meetings and tracking project activities
- Monitoring timeline
- Detailing resource requirements
Project Implementation and Coordination
- Works with project leads to assist with coordination of all project activities, including the engagement, recruitment and training of staff as well as procurement of necessary resources.
- Coordinates with the Chief Information Officer and peer project managers in other departments to ensure consistent and effective use of project management and related software.
- Monitors and reports on the execution of project activities according to established timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration among team members, partners, and leadership stakeholders to maximize project effectiveness.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Helps develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess project progress and outcomes.
- Collects and analyzes data to support and measure the impact of projects and process improvements on desired outcomes.
- Supports utilization of evaluation findings to make evidence-based decisions, adapt project strategies as needed, and communicate results to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Promotes adherence to regulatory requirements, ethical standards and best practices.
- Implements quality assurance mechanisms to maintain the highest standards of service delivery and care.
- Conducts regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implements corrective actions.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required and/or Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in public health, health administration, social sciences, or related field.
- Proven experience supporting the management of complex projects and process improvements in the healthcare sector.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- PMP or PSM certification preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Must be able to travel to other Harbor Health sites in a timely manner.
