• Plan, execute, and manage commercial water feature projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure project alignment with specifications and goals.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate site activities and manage subcontractors to maintain efficient workflows.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges promptly to maintain schedules and quality.
• Track progress and generate detailed reports for senior management.

• Proven experience managing commercial construction or water feature projects.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with construction practices, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Relevant certifications (OSHA, fall protection, etc.) preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for projects.
