Position Overview

The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and mitigating risks associated with commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and scheduling activities.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Oversee compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare progress reports and present them to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in commercial construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction contract management principles.
- Experience in construction cost accounting preferred.
- Familiarity with multifamily and garden-style projects is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
