As a Permanent Project Manager for Commercial and Healthcare Construction, you will be at the heart of our high-end commercial and healthcare construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of high-end commercial and healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are accurately captured and executed.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Manage and lead project teams, fostering a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Evaluate project performance upon completion, identifying key learnings and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, specifically within the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing healthcare construction and high-end commercial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
