Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and requirements.
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues that may arise.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and materials are utilized throughout the project.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and design specifications.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, including budget tracking, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Resolve conflicts and facilitate communication among team members to maintain project momentum.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on multi-family, tenant improvements, hotels, offices, hospitals, and renovations.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools - Procore and MS Office
