Description

1. Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning and execution of substation engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
2. Team Coordination: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
3. Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Technical Oversight: Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
6. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
7. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed standards and expectations.
8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including environmental and safety requirements.
9. Progress Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, clients, and stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and addressing any issues.
10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and performance.

• Bachelor's degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing power delivery projects, specifically in substation engineering.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to substation engineering
