PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $83.00 – $93 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Location: Columbus, OH
As a Technical Project Manager you will:
- Lead, own and manage project delivery for assigned projects.
- Responsible for project planning and execution using project artifacts to include MS Project plans, schedules & resource plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed upon schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
- Ensure all Projects adheres to the Program/Project Management Quality Framework, the Global PMO policies and procedure, and other compliance processes where applicable.
- Produce weekly status along with financial reporting and metrics.
- Identify and manage dependencies.
- Continuously monitor plan focusing on activities and milestones at risk.
- Facilitate population of risk register and keep risk management plan up to date.
- Provides proactive communication of project risks.
- Create alerts to notify project Sponsor and Steering Committee of upcoming due dates and emerging issues.
- Create status reports, dashboards, milestone reviews, and ad hoc reports.
- Participate in deliverable creation as necessary – especially business analysis and user story creation.
- Validate and approves deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10-15 years of Project Management experience.
- Individuals who have experience in development and testing are a plus.
- Desired Industry Experience: Financial Services Experience.
- Nice To Have Skill Set (Technical + Soft Skills): Custom software design and development experience (ideally C#).
- Experience managing vendors and/or offshore IT delivery teams.
- Delivery management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) and project management concepts (e.g. issue, risk, dependency mgmt.)
- Experience in managing multiple parallel work streams.
- Strong Microsoft Office, including Visio, MS Project, Power Point and SharePoint skills required.
- PMI/PMP certification desirable.
- Scrum Master experience, certification desirable.
- Business Analysis experience desirable.
- User story experience is desirable.
