We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage various construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Earthwork, Utilities, Scheduling, Communication, Ground Up and Tenant Improvement construction This position requires a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in the Construction industry.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Managing and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
3. Developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
4. Reviewing project plans and specifications, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
5. Providing leadership and direction to the onsite construction team and subcontractors.
6. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
7. Coordinating and obtaining permits, licenses, and delivery of materials and equipment.
8. Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans.
9. Implementing effective communication plan and ensuring its execution throughout the project lifespan.
10. Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Construction industry as a Project Manager.
2. Proven experience in Earthwork, Utilities, Scheduling, Communication, Ground Up, and Tenant Improvements.
3. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
5. Exceptional leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Ability to plan and see the "big picture".
9. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
10. Proficiency in project management software tools.
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
