We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our thriving team in the construction industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. This position requires a deep understanding of project management, concrete, and tilt-up construction techniques.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Review the work progress on a daily basis.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in project management and scheduling software.
- Advanced knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Proficient in interpreting and using construction plans and blueprints.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in commercial, industrial, and residential construction, specifically with concrete and tilt-up techniques.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction science, or relevant field.
