Location: Pomona, CA
Shift Time: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Generate profitable growth opportunities with both current and new customers.
- Manage and build strong relationships with high visibility health and beauty accounts.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, procurement, and production teams to assess project costs and feasibility.
- Develop and implement marketing support strategies with a focus on commercialization.
- Lead project meetings to guide customers in articulating their goals and ensure alignment with internal teams.
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing and regulatory compliance to sales strategies.
- Assist in educating customers on products, especially at retail levels.
- Manage the onboarding process for new and existing customers, ensuring smooth product launches.
- Develop and manage project timelines, providing customers with visibility on deliverables.
- Handle escalations of material delays to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to source materials and create client quality agreements.
- Monitor and analyze client forecasting data to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales within the health and beauty industry, specifically with contract manufacturing services.
- Proven ability to work with Fortune 100 customers.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP systems and databases.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional business communication ability.
- Ability to influence and persuade others through logical and emotional appeals.
- Exceptional organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with limited supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and quickly respond to customer needs.
- Some travel required (primarily on the West Coast).
