Project Manager - Ferretti Search

Our client is seeking a visionary and strategic Project Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing multiple projects from conception to completion. You'll leverage your strong analytical and communication skills to identify opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage resources effectively to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively analyze our organization's needs and market trends to identify potential projects that fill strategic gaps.
• Work closely with colleagues to develop project proposals that align with company objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Manage project budgets and effectively allocate human and financial resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience contributing to white papers and in-depth research projects.
• Understanding of industry-specific trends and knowledge to support other accounts.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to source data from various sources and manipulate existing code for customized reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data issues and ensure content accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to actively participate in client calls and meetings.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
