Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and managing Commercial Interiors Projects in:
- SCIF/Secure Facilities,
- Senior Living Property Upgrades and Renovations
- Tenant Interiors ranging from white box to high profile, upscale locations.
- Professionally manage all phases of project management from pre-construction through close out. Provide leadership and close communications with project team and client's representatives.
- Planning, leading, and managing large-scale Building Renovation/Repositioning and Capital Improvement projects.
- Estimating of Tenant Improvement as well as Capital Construction projects.
- Develop new and maintain existing business relationships with a wide variety of client types from Fortune 500 to private ownership groups.
Requirements Include:
- Highly prefer a 4-year degree in construction related curriculum.
- Minimum of five (5) years working as a PM, or 3 years as a PM with at least 3 years prior experience as an Assistant PM with a Commercial GC/Construction Firm.
- Experience with SCIF/Secure facilities; office, restaurant and medical/senior living renovations projects.
- Proficient with scheduling, financial and project management software programs used in the industry (Procore, Salesforce, MS Project, Bluebeam, Building Connected, etc).
- An excellent communicator including leading meetings and strong writing skills.
- Able to handle pressure, deadlines and responsibilities as a project manager of commercial construction projects in a very fast paced environment.

Must have valid driver's license, clean record, able to pass background checks.
