Kforce is hiring a Project Manager in support of our strategic Health Care Client in Canton, MA. Summary: In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects aimed at mitigating organizational risk and maximizing strategic opportunities. You will oversee all phases of the project management lifecycle for complex, high-risk projects, typically spanning 6-18 months and often involving collaboration with external vendors. Your future duties and responsibilities:

Project Manager will drive successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects
Mitigate organizational risk and maximize strategic opportunities
Manage all phases of project lifecycle for complex, high-risk projects
Implement project management tools and methodologies
Evaluate cost and feasibility of multiple options to resolve project issues
Manage project budgets
Organize teams across business and technology
As a Project Manager, you will develop relationships and navigate political issues
Perform strategic analysis and risk mitigation
Proactively identify conflict and integration issues
Remove obstacles by anticipating challenges

Requirements:

10-15 years of project management experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in process management
Proven Risk Management experience; Ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Experience with CQI, TQM, PDCA, PMBOK, or other formal improvement techniques
Proven track record of meeting project deadlines with successful outcomes
Experience interacting and presenting weekly to leadership (VP, SVP, CXO)

Desired Skills:

Prior Heath Care Payor business and/or health insurance operations experience desired
Experience with Affordability of Care (AOC) and Total Cost of Care (TCOC) desired

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
