About the Role

Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion. Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager / Estimator in the Commercial Roofing sector. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices. Proficient in estimating software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
