Position Overview:
The Construction Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and leading project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and client partners to ensure project success.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Delegate tasks and ensure accountability among team members.
- Provide guidance and support to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
- Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
Budget Management:
- Manage project budgets and track expenses throughout the project.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documents.
Schedule Oversight:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Regularly update both the OPC team and clients on project progress and timelines.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with specifications.
Communication:
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among project team members, subcontractors, and client partners.
- Address and resolve issues through proactive communication.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management is a plus, but not required.
- Proven 5 years experience in Construction Management.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective delegation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Google Drive and general computer software.
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
- Efficient time management.
- Requires some travel.
