We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to apply their expertise in RFIS, subcontracting, manufacturing projects, industrial projects, and design build in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, estimating, bidding, and invoicing. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and Primavera. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and coordinating all project activities from inception to completion, including design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
2. Preparing and issuing RFIs, managing subcontractors, and overseeing manufacturing and industrial projects.
3. Developing and maintaining project budgets, performing cost estimating, and managing the bidding process.
4. Processing invoices and ensuring financial records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
5. Utilizing Microsoft Office and Primavera to manage project information and provide timely and accurate reports.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and deliverables are met.
7. Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Project Manager role, you must possess the following:
1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the finance industry.
3. Proven experience with RFIS, subcontracting, manufacturing projects, industrial projects, and design build.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera.
5. Strong experience in managing project budgets, estimating, bidding, and processing invoices.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion.
8. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
