As a Project Manager, Global Marketing Ops, you will:
- Manage marketing campaign brief processes, ensuring clarity, alignment, and adherence to objectives.
- Lead planning and execution for Direct-to-Consumer (primarily digital) marketing initiatives.
- Streamline workflows, facilitate project timelines, and align cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate internal and external creative partners, driving execution on time and on budget.
- Oversee project plans, updates, and tracking via tools like Workfront.
- Organize and lead weekly status meetings to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Deliver clear, consistent updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
Who We’re Searching For / About You:
- A creative and detail-oriented project manager with 4+ years of experience.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating diverse personalities.
- Experienced with project management tools such as Workfront (preferred).
- Proven ability to lead high-visibility projects, especially in retail, sports, or apparel industries.
- A resilient, solutions-focused professional comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
