Duration: 6+ months.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contingent resource assignment. The ideal candidate will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution, contributing to large-scale planning and resolution of challenges. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a solid understanding of business functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, as well as strong collaboration abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues, consulting with others to meet Business Execution deliverables.
• Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with client personnel in Business Execution to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations using PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Must have excellent PowerPoint skills for preparing and delivering presentations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and resolve moderately complex business challenges.
• Solid understanding of business functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Qualifications:
• Banking experience is a plus.
• Experience in consulting roles or strategic planning is advantageous.
