- Lead Change Management Initiative:
- Facilitate the adjustment and acceptance of the reorganization within the Engineering Project Manager team and partner stakeholders.
- Organizational Development: Assist in defining new team structures, processes, and roles and responsibilities following the reorg to enhance team effectiveness, manage resistance and employee concerns.
- Stakeholder Engagement Strategies: Help develop and implement engagement models with stakeholders in the program office, engineering, and quality teams.
- Process Analysis and Refinement: Conduct analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and define new the most efficient processes post-reorg.
- Alignment Champions: Develop and execute plans to foster team cohesion and bridge gaps, ensuring clear alignment among team members on goals, priorities, and communication channels.
- Training and Support: Provide training, documentation or workshops focused on the new roles and responsibilities, so that the team and stakeholders are empowered to adopt the changes
- .Communication Management: Support in internal communications to keep team members informed and engaged throughout the transition period.
