Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple large capital programs and projects
Manage projects valued over $10M
Oversee and manage multiple team(s)
Focus on airport construction, including specifically baggage handling systems and a knowledge of passenger boarding bridges.
Develop and maintain client relationships
Excel in all phases of project management including program development, budgeting, planning & design, preconstruction, project implementation, project oversight and project closure
Provide timely and accurate project documentation and reporting
Lead and support in reviews and negotiations of contracts, subcontracts and change orders
Understanding of and managing compliance with prime contracts, subcontracts and POs.
Estimating new projects from their infancy
Assist leadership in the establishment and refinement of best practices of standards of excellence
Provide leadership, insight, and management to drive client’s vision
Business Development; Assist short term and long-term Business Development strategies; Support future project assignments with existing clients; Establish relationships with new clients to provide new business opportunities; Work to provide exposure to other markets
Education and Experience
Greater than 5 years of construction industry experience
A minimum 5 years of experience successfully managing major projects as a Project Manager
Degree in Construction Management or similar degree
