Position Description:We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta.
As a Project Manager working alongside cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of projects, from conception to completion. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintainingthe highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop project plans, estimates, timelines, and milestones in coordination with project teams and stakeholders
- Assist with allocation of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project requirements are met
- Coordinate projects both internally and externally to secure necessary resources and support
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals and deadlines
- Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates
- Participate in regular meetings to review project status, identify issues, and implement solutions
- Handle multiple projects at once and work well under pressure
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans, schedules and timelines
Workplace: Hybrid in Atlanta
Must Have Skills:
Experience as a project coordinator with knowledge of digital or marketing
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of digital and creative processes including design and development
- Experience with digital projects, retainers, email marketing programs
Preferred Skills:
- Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence
Professional Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal and external teams
- Problem solving skills and the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Strong team and individual player
