Manufacturing Project Coordinator – Job Description

Overview:

The Project Coordinator will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Customers to manage project schedules, ensure compliance with specifications, and facilitate field services. 

*  Drug test is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate project requirements and schedules with department managers.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and checklists using tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Coordinate control and instrumentation needs with electrical engineers and mechanical requirements with mechanical engineers.
• Communicate project status to clients 
• Assist with field service scheduling and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in manufacturing; experience.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical specifications, as well as mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD; experience with SolidWorks is an advantage.
