This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in affordable housing, real estate, and construction management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of affordable housing projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:
1. Leading and managing affordable housing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Developing comprehensive project plans and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
3. Overseeing all aspects of construction, including design, planning, and execution.
4. Applying your knowledge and experience in LITHC and low-income housing to ensure projects meet the necessary requirements and standards.
5. Managing project budgets, including the estimation, development, and negotiation of costs.
6. Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
7. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and integration.
8. Reporting on project progress, issues, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the affordable housing sector.
3. Proven experience with LITHC, low income housing, affordable housing, and real estate.
4. Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
5. Experience in budget development, financial analysis, and cost management.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in project management software tools.
9. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
