Title: Project Manager
Location: 100 North Point, San Francisco, CA
Duration: 3-month contract to start
US Citizen/ Green Card/ H4-EAD only No Third-party agencies corp to corp.
• RETAIL PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE – specifically, Logistics and Supply Chain projects and must have experience with these systems within an omnichannel retailer.
• Tools Savvy and have hands-On experience in Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools; Advocating tools usage to the teams. Passionate about leveraging tools for increased collaboration. Bring a new fresh set of ideas and energy to the team.
• Need a strong, edge of your seat, engaging personality type person
• Clear, precise communication is a must for this role as she would be speaking to VPs and above in steering committee meetings and other settings.
• Need to know Financial fundamentals or be able to quickly learn and ramp-up.

- Experience managing large, highly visible projects with a major retailer
- Projects may be related to enhancements to buy online pickup in-store, ship to store, ship from store, etc) to supply chain & operations, including inventory systems (picking and packing and integrations with logistics vendors worldwide).
- Strong Project management experience with a proven track record of working cross-functionally
- Proven experience in dealing with cross-functional teams – Ecom, SupplyChain, supporting team (Infrastructure, DevOps, Production Engineering, etc) to achieve delivery efficiency (within budget and quality code on time without any churn). Should be able to provide examples in the interview.
- Should be able to excel in a fast-paced environment, deal with and be able to steer the team in ambiguous situations.
- Should not shy away from escalation and use judgment (not a checklist) to keep the project on track. Should be able to provide examples in the interview.
- NOT a Project coordinator tracking schedules/budget, but being able to provide value to project execution; Should be able to guide/ partner with Product and Development teams to achieve delivery efficiency (within budget and quality code on time without any churn)
