Job Description: Sr. Project Manager
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
1. Position is onsite 5 days a week (M-F) - 6303 Owensmouth Ave Woodland Hills CA
2. Resource will be paid as a W-2 employee by the staffing supplier.
3. Staffing suppliers please do not contact the hiring manager directly. Only suppliers in scope of the *** CWM program can submit candidates for this position.
4. *** will provide the laptop/equipment for this engagement.
Responsibilities
Looking for a motivated, high energy Program Manager. Must hold self and others to high standards and be able to meet commitments.
A proven track record of successfully implementing complex projects
" Have the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with project team members and customers. Ability to operate effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear. Ability to step up to address difficult issues with courage.
" Previous experience managing HR projects. Knowledge of talent management
" Familiarity with recruitment practices including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding
" Performance management and performance development
" Six Sigma , Lean experience a plus
" Ability to identify issues and drive effective solutions to correct deviations from plans
" Ability to communicate effectively clear , relevant information to project team, executives and project stakeholders
" Responsible for end-to-end management of project, i.e. all phases of project from concept, project planning, development, execution, monitoring to project close down.
" Experience managing project budgets in excess of ***M
" Effectively lead project teams in a matrix environment playing a consultative and coaching role to other team members as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team
" Hold teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
" Contribute to well-defined project management processes and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
" High school diploma or equivalent required
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
" 2 round interview process
1st Round: 30-45min video interview
2nd Round: 30-45min in person interview
