Job Title: Marketing Project Lead
Job Summary:
We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager with a comprehensive grasp of digital marketing and a broad understanding of various marketing methodologies. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse range of marketing projects, working collaboratively with marketing operations teams, market segment managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to drive impactful marketing strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a wide array of marketing projects, focusing on digital strategies while incorporating other effective marketing approaches.
- Coordinate closely with marketing operations and segment managers to ensure projects are tailored to specific market segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of marketing initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between Alsco and external vendors and agencies, ensuring timely and effective delivery of on-going projects.
- Apply deep knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing and website, while integrating complementary marketing methods.
- Manage ad-hoc digital marketing tasks related to website maintenance, content updates, and other digital platforms.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project success.
- Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and identify improvement areas.
- Report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, providing insights and updates on project statuses and marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, along with a broad understanding of various marketing methods.
- Proven ability to manage diverse marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field; or a relevant combination of education and industry experience.
