Engagement Description:
Make a difference in the lives of our Medicare members by delivering relevant and timely communications that guide and motivate members through their health care journey. The Marketing Project Lead is a dynamic and confident individual with hands-on business, implementation experience and strong communication, creative problem solving, and project management skills to support the company’s growth. Under general supervision, this individual contributor role position assists in the development of Medicare marketing and strategic planning initiatives and leads direct marketing projects which support campaigns to client Medicare members. Utilizes established work processes throughout the project development. Duties may include timeline development, create schedules, oversee progress, budget maintenance, meeting summary reporting, project documentation, agendas, coordination of resources meetings and information. Additional project lead work may be required for other programs within Marketing Strategy departmental responsibilities.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:
2-3 years Project Management experience (PMP certified preferred)
Knowledge of marketing campaign execution
Multi-tasking/Detail Oriented
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
Knowledge of project management tools and software
Experience with Microsoft suite of products including Excel Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Solid organizational skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter, but team player
Able to manage time and priorities
Able to articulate with oral and written communications
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
Health care or health insurance industry knowledge
Marketing knowledge B2C and B2B
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with Agile Methodology
Experience with data analytics, website metrics, email metrics
Education/Certifications – Include:
Bachelor’s Degree
SCRUM certification (optional)
PMP Certification (optional)
