Estimator – Miscellaneous Metals

Location: Raynham, MA

Coworx is hiring for one of our top clients!

We are looking for a experienced and dedicated Estimator to join our team and contribute to our legacy of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze architectural drawings and specifications to determine material and labor costs.
• Prepare and process project change orders.
• Attend descope meetings with general contractors and architects.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities by networking and maintaining customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to assist in monthly billing processes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience estimating miscellaneous metals and light structural steel.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
