• 5+ years experience within the residential or commercial construction industry
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities on a day to day basis
• Cost control and cost reduction pressures
• Time management, completing tasks on time, detail oriented 
• Control costs by carefully reviewing all starts to avoid "extras"
