About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager/Estimator to join our team in our Residential and Commercial Division. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of projects from prospect through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction project management, particularly in sourcing, bidding, procurement, estimating, and overseeing all aspects of project execution. Additionally, experience with BuilderTrend and ProKitchen is highly preferred.

- Project Management: Lead projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Sourcing & Networking: Actively source and build relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials for each project.
- Reviewing Bids: Evaluate and review bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the most cost-effective and high-quality options are selected.
- Estimating & Designing: Provide accurate cost estimates and assist with design decisions to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
- Procurement of Materials: Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing for all aspects of the project.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Documentation: Maintain detailed project records in BuilderTrend, ensuring all schedules, contracts, change orders, and correspondence are properly documented.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or changes that arise during the project.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on both residential and commercial projects.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of estimating, sourcing, procurement, and contract management.
- Software: Proficiency in BuilderTrend and ProKitchen; experience with other project management software is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications: PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
- Project Size Experience: Experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $5 Million.
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and network.
