About the Job
- Project Estimator will prepare capital cost estimates
- Review designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggests alternatives when appropriate
- Coordinate and interface on a regular basis with other departments to ensure communication and understanding of proposal/project objectives and the most efficient and productive utilization of resources
- As a Project Estimator, you will review layouts, designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggests alternatives when appropriate
- Remains current with technology and industry evolution to assure that project capital estimates anticipate the correct market conditions
- Establish, build, and implement metrics for costs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3+ years
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
