As we aim to expand our annual project volume from $8M to $10M and beyond, we need an Estimator who can lead bids and seamlessly coordinate with our Project Managers. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Estimator opportunity include:

• 3+ years of general contractor estimating experience
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of On-Screen TakeOff, Bid2Win, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook preferred
• Pursue new bid opportunities in areas like earthwork, landscaping, and street construction
• Obtain bids from suppliers and subcontractors, specifying materials and identifying suitable subcontractors
• Prepare complete and accurate quantity take-offs and cost analyses for labor, equipment, and materials
• Compile and submit estimates using client-specific proposal forms and participate in bid openings and pre-construction meetings

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
