Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Project Equipment Coordinator for a 18 Month + Contract opportunity. The Project Coordinator will be highly proficient in the coordination and execution of movements of Capital Sales Inventory and maintaining proper hardware/software/logistics configurations of the Robotics Installation Base.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Real-time data entry of current Robot Configurations (RIO/Applications versions, Service history, Crisis, MGO versions, new installations, transfers, deinstallations)
- Daily coordination with Lead Sales Support Specialist to ensure modifications to the install base are captured promptly.
- Execution of Capital Equipment coordination (booking, interfacing with freight forwarders, etc)
- Ensure timely return and restocking of Capital Equipment
- Timely Work Order creation/dispatch for Field Service requests (as needed basis)
- Coordination of transferred systems between customer sites, storage locations, or repair depots (documented hand-offs between adjacent organizations)
- Track performance of, and drive improvements with freight forwarders and Capital Equipment Distribution program.
- Track costs/invoices/other freight and storage charges; review for accuracy and timeliness
- Ad hoc troubleshooting of issues such as (but not limited to) missing inventory, quality holds, logistical complications, etc.
- Manages any documentation or system interfaces for the execution of Capital Inventory Movement or Storage
- Provide feedback to adjacent departments regarding potential improvements, upcoming requests, resource utilizations
- Weekly reporting of inventory movements, upcoming priorities, and accuracy of tracking systems (ERP, Install Tool, etc)
- Monthly reporting of business-critical metrics associated with Capital Movement, Storage, Freight Performance, Quality/Delivery/Cost Impacts to commercial service operations.
- Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.
- Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output
- Serve as a first line problem solver for technical issues
- Respond to and provide direct customer feedback and requests
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience required is a similar High Tech support role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
