Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Engineering Manager position include:

• BSME preferred but will consider other engineering degrees.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team, including a minimum of 2 years in Project Management.
• Expertise in 2D/3D CAD and ability to establish standards for designing parts and drafting engineering prints.
• Lead an ECR/ECN process for all changes related to product or process.
• Develop and implement standards for 3D models, 2D prints, BOMs, and installation manuals for all products.
• Develop statements of work and detailed proposals, including project understanding, scope of work, pricing, schedule, and other project details.
• Lead programs around product and process improvements to drive a product development roadmap.

Salary: $95,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a 10% annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
