Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and engineering of water and wastewater treatment facilities, stormwater management systems, and related infrastructure.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the effective execution of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, project schedules, and cost estimates.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve design-related issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other project team members.
- Participate in project meetings and present project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the design and engineering of water/wastewater treatment facilities and stormwater management systems.
- A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to become registered.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods as applicable to a municipal setting.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to safety and a safe work environment.
