PROJECT ENGINEER - Addison Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate as a team player and leader, working with Project Managers (PM) and interdisciplinary personnel to ensure effective information flow.
• Design engineering systems for natural gas, chemical, or oil and gas industries.
• Act as the primary technical contact, interacting with PMs, disciplines, and clients on project matters.
• Proactively forecast project needs and address performance issues; manage out-of-scope work with PMs and discipline leads.
• Lead design coordination meetings with discipline leads for inter-discipline alignment.
• Communicate technical decisions, changes, client requests, and modifications to all relevant disciplines.
• Maintain project lists for equipment, valves, and specialty items, and track specifications and design criteria to meet codes.
• Manage vendor documentation, ensuring internal review, redlines, and compliance with project contracts.
• Review and update project P&IDs with PMs, ensuring redlines are integrated.
• Ensure technical deliverables align with project scope and contractual obligations.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 5 years of experience as an engineer, preferably working in the oil and gas industry. PE strongly preferred
