Perform analysis & dsgn of structural systs for all types of buildings & materials using various building codes for loading incl wind, gravity & seismic. Req'mnts: Master's or foreign equiv in Civil Eng'g or rel. field & 2 yrs of exp in job offered or rel. occupation: utilizing modern cross-platform softw incl AutoCAD Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, Enercalc, & MathCAD to enable translation between multiple structural eng'g rel. softw from analysis thru dsgn documentation; utilizing advanced analytical methods incl advanced lateral analysis; detailing steel, wood & concrete structural systs for completion of construction docs; dvlpng drawings based on analytical & dsgn results to prepare drawings for construction activities; coordinating structural dsgns w/site constraints to provide dsgns which are fully coordinated & constructable; applying current building codes to dsgns to confirm elements meet code-based req'mnts; reviewing as-built conditions incl determining if conditions meet dsgn intent & dvlpng structural modifications; & performing repairs necessary to address conditions that are encountered during construction admin services. Offered salary is between $125,798 & $125,798/yr. 40 hrs/wk. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
