Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to manage and oversee engineering projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects meet client specifications, adhere to industry standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of engineering projects including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to boiler, pumping systems, and piping design.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify engineering drawings and schematics.
- Coordinate with electrical controls teams to ensure integration of systems into projects.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of boiler systems, pumping systems, and piping design.
- Experience with electrical controls and industrial steam systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
